Future Air Travel Carriage
Carriage of passengers by Sportsliner aircraft will be subject to Sportsliner’s Air Operators Certificate (AOC) and applicable EASA, EU, and Luxembourg aviation regulations.
Conditions of Carriage will set out passenger rights, baggage limits, cancellations, and liability.
Onboard Media & Filming
Sportsliner operates the AirStudio, an onboard media and content production environment.
Passengers acknowledge that filming, photography, and live recording may occur during flights.
By travelling, passengers consent to reasonable inclusion in media content unless they expressly opt out prior to travel.
Any commercial use of content created onboard is managed and licensed exclusively by Sportsliner.
Data & Privacy
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is GDPR-compliant.
Liability & Limits
Sportsliner’s liability in connection with carriage of passengers and baggage will be limited as permitted under the Montreal Convention and EU Regulation (EC) No 261/2004.
Sportsliner accepts no liability for third-party links, sponsor content, or technical interruptions of this website.
Changes
Sportsliner may amend these Terms from time to time; updates will be published on this website.
