All content (including text, visuals, logos, and media) is owned by Sportsliner and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Future Air Travel Carriage
Carriage of passengers by Sportsliner aircraft will be subject to Sportsliner’s Air Operators Certificate (AOC) and applicable EASA, EU, and Luxembourg aviation regulations.
Conditions of Carriage will set out passenger rights, baggage limits, cancellations, and liability.
Onboard Media & Filming
Sportsliner is developing AirStudio™, a proposed onboard media and content-production environment.
When Sportsliner commences commercial operations, onboard filming, photography, and recording will be governed by the applicable Conditions of Carriage, production agreements, privacy requirements and passenger/participant consent arrangements in force at that time.
The ownership, licensing and commercial use of content created through AirStudio™ will be governed by the applicable contractual and rights arrangements agreed with participating parties.
Data & Privacy
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is GDPR-compliant.
Liability & Limits
Sportsliner’s liability in connection with carriage of passengers and baggage will be limited as permitted under the Montreal Convention and EU Regulation (EC) No 261/2004.
Sportsliner accepts no liability for third-party links, sponsor content, or technical interruptions of this website.
Changes
Sportsliner may amend these Terms from time to time; updates will be published on this website.
