FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Sportsliner Advances AirStudio™ Development Programme

Luxembourg – 30 August 2026 — Sportsliner S.A. is progressing the development of AirStudio™, its proposed Collaborative Airborne Media Production Platform, as the company advances the technical, certification, intellectual-property and commercial work required to bring the concept into operation.

AirStudio™ is being developed as a dedicated media-production environment within a specially configured commercial aircraft, designed to enable professional sports teams and their media, broadcast and commercial partners to use selected periods of team travel for the creation of professionally produced content.

The Sportsliner concept is based on a simple proposition: elite sports teams already spend significant periods travelling between domestic and international competitions. AirStudio™ is being developed to transform part of that existing travel time into a new media opportunity, creating an environment in which interviews, features and other original content can be produced while teams travel.

AirStudio™ Development

Sportsliner continues to develop the proposed AirStudio™ aircraft configuration and the technical architecture required to support its intended media-production capabilities.

The programme encompasses aircraft and cabin engineering, certification planning, onboard media and production systems, display technologies, connectivity, content-production infrastructure and the operational requirements associated with bringing the platform into commercial service.

The first AirStudio™ implementations are currently expected to utilise advanced OLED display technology, with the architecture being developed to accommodate the continuing evolution of display technologies, including Micro-LED as that technology becomes suitable for the intended application.

AirStudio™ remains in development and is not currently an operational aircraft platform. Visualisations and concept material published by Sportsliner illustrate the proposed AirStudio™ environment and intended capabilities of the platform.

European Professional Sport

Sportsliner’s initial commercial focus is European professional sport, with professional football providing a significant potential market for the proposed AirStudio™ platform.

Leading European teams undertake extensive domestic and international travel throughout each season, creating a recurring travel environment within which Sportsliner believes new media-production opportunities can be developed.

Sportsliner is continuing its commercial-development activity with relevant organisations and industry participants as it progresses the AirStudio™ proposition towards market introduction.

These activities remain at the development and engagement stage and should not be interpreted as contracted commercial demand.

Intellectual Property

Sportsliner is continuing to develop and protect the intellectual property underpinning AirStudio™ and the broader Sportsliner concept.

Following its earlier intellectual-property work, Sportsliner has progressed its international patent strategy through the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) process, alongside further international design-protection activity relating to the proposed AirStudio™ environment.

The intellectual-property programme is intended both to protect Sportsliner’s underlying innovation and to preserve sufficient technical flexibility as aircraft, display, media, and production technologies continue to develop.

Luxembourg Development

Sportsliner S.A. is based in Luxembourg, where the company intends to establish the principal corporate and operating infrastructure supporting the development and future European operation of the Sportsliner platform.

The planned Luxembourg structure is intended to encompass corporate leadership, programme management, intellectual-property and innovation activity, commercial contracting, aircraft ownership, and financing functions, together with the skilled employment and specialist supplier relationships required as the programme progresses.

Sportsliner is continuing to develop the technical, commercial, and financial framework required to progress AirStudio™ through certification, aircraft implementation, and entry into commercial service.

No fixed entry-into-service date is currently being announced. The company’s implementation timetable will be determined by the completion of the relevant funding, engineering, certification, aircraft and commercial workstreams.

Connecting Sport, Media, and Aviation

Commenting on the programme, Sportsliner Founder and CEO Graham Waters said:

“The opportunity behind Sportsliner has always been much broader than simply moving a team from one city to another. Elite sports teams already spend a significant amount of time travelling, and our objective is to create a new media-production opportunity within that existing travel environment.

“AirStudio™ is being developed to bring together professional sport, aviation, media production, broadcasters, and commercial partners in a way that has not previously been possible during team travel.

“The work we are undertaking across engineering, certification, intellectual property and commercial development is about converting that concept into a commercially and technically deliverable platform.”

Sportsliner will provide further updates as the AirStudio™ development programme and its commercial engagement progress.
